Foxy Affairs provides a limited warranty for the Foxylumi IPL Device against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. Warranty Period
The Foxylumi IPL Device is covered under warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase, as indicated on the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects in the Foxylumi IPL Device’s body, flash window, or internal components.
• Malfunctions not caused by user mishandling, accidents, or external factors.
• Performance issues due to faulty workmanship or material defects.
4. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does NOT cover:
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repairs.
• General wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or aesthetic changes.
• Issues caused by using non-approved adapters, power sources, or accessories.
• Modifications, alterations, or failure to follow the user manual instructions.
• Any IPL cartridges, attachments, or accessories sold separately.
5. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

3. If eligible, you will receive instructions on returning the defective unit for inspection.

6. Replacement & Repair Policy
• If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the Foxylumi IPL Device with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value.
• The replacement device will continue under the original warranty period; no extensions will be granted.
7. Warranty Limitations
• This warranty is valid only in the original country of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
• Foxy Affairs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by device failure.
• Shipping fees for returning a defective device are not covered unless otherwise stated by Foxy Affairs.
8. Voiding the Warranty
Your warranty will be voided if:
• The Foxylumi IPL Device is disassembled, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
• It is used with unapproved accessories or third-party adapters.
• The serial number or labels have been removed, tampered with, or altered.
9. Consumer Rights
This warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit or replace them.

Post-Use Care: Clean the Light Window with an alcohol wipe after each session.
Storage: Ensure the device is dry before storing in a cool, secure place.
Overheating: If the Power/Intensity Lights 1 and 5 are
1st – 4th Week: Use 2-3 times a week.
5th – 6th Week: Use 2 times a week.
7th – 8th Week: Use 1-2 times a week.
Subsequently, use once every 2 weeks for maintenance.
Common reactions include mild redness or irritation, typically resolving within 24-48 hours. If severe reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
Exfoliate with kitty scrub before use to enhance light absorption.
Always shave before treatment; avoid waxing or plucking. Shave 24-48 hours prior for sensitive skin.
Cleanse skin with kitty wipes.
Start your treatment.
Apply kitty drops post-treatment to soothe the skin.
Ensure proper contact with skin for the Flash Button to activate.
If the device is not flashing, check the power supply connection.
