By accessing or using the Website and/or Services, you accept this Agreement and represent that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into it. If you do not agree with these terms, including our Privacy Policy (which forms part of this Agreement), please refrain from using our Website or Services.
Products
We may revise the Website at any time — including its design, content, operations, promotions, product offerings, and features. The fact that a product appears on the Website does not guarantee its continued availability. We do not guarantee any minimum stock, selection, or volume.
Payment Methods
Subject to this Agreement, any customer with a valid payment method may purchase products on the Website by providing accurate information during checkout.

❌ Strictly no Cash on Delivery (COD).
All payments are processed securely through our approved providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if inaccurate information is provided, payment is unsuccessful, or if we reasonably suspect misuse of the Website or Services.
Shipping & Supply
We offer complimentary local doorstep delivery for all orders above $150 in Singapore. Orders below this amount are subject to a $6 flat rate islandwide.
International orders are available by contacting our Customer Service team directly. Shipping fees vary by destination and are borne by the customer, unless a minimum spend qualifies for free shipping. Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery times:
- Singapore: Estimated 2–5 working days
- International: Estimated 7–14 working days (depending on destination)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link. All parcels can be shipped discreetly upon request (tick the option during checkout).
We are not liable for delays caused by inaccurate shipping details, third-party courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Changes & Cancellations
Due to the fast pace of our distribution process, once an order is placed it cannot be edited or cancelled.
- Incorrect shipping details: Customers must contact Customer Service immediately after placing the order. We will attempt to update details before shipping, but changes cannot be guaranteed once dispatched.
- Returns & refunds: All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the intimate nature of our products.
- Damaged or incorrect items: Customers must contact Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery with photos and their order confirmation email. Replacement items will be supplied if the claim is approved.
Promotions & Discounts
We may offer promotions, benefits, or discounts at our discretion. These may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice. Multiple promotions or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Proprietary Rights
“Foxy Affairs” and its logo are trademarks of the Company. Other trademarks appearing on the Website belong to their respective owners. You may not use any trademarks without prior written permission.
All rights, titles, and interests in the Website, Services, and Materials (including design, layout, content, copyrights, and databases) remain with Foxy Affairs. You are granted only a limited, revocable right to use the Website for personal purposes in line with this Agreement.
